Standard, Priority, and Emergency control how quickly an inspector is dispatched. For routine inspections, pricing is fixed-fee. If the permit stage, inspection type, or credential requirement calls for a registered professional, Vero switches to hourly specialist pricing automatically.

Hourly specialist and professional review rates

Applied when the inspection requires field review, sealed review, sign-off, or another registered-professional obligation. Dispatch speed still controls urgency, but hourly specialist rates become the pricing basis.

STEP 3 — OPTIONAL ON-SITE HOLD
If minor corrections can reasonably be completed on-site, the inspector may remain and re-review without forcing a new booking.
Hold time is billed at 1.5× the applicable hourly rate.
Dispatch speed determines arrival time. Pricing is then based on either fixed routine dispatch or specialist hourly rates, depending on the inspection requirements.
