Standard, Priority, and Emergency control how quickly an inspector is dispatched. For routine inspections, pricing is fixed-fee. If the permit stage, inspection type, or credential requirement calls for a registered professional, Vero switches to hourly specialist pricing automatically.

Covers one routine inspection visit, up to 3 professional hours, and in-platform photos, video, notes, and inspection records. Extra time, on-site holds, specialist review, sealed sign-off, or a second visit are approved before any additional charge.
STEP 2 — SPECIALIST REVIEW, WHEN REQUIRED

Specialist review, when required

Most routine bookings use fixed dispatch pricing. If a request requires registered-professional review, sealed sign-off, Schedule C-B support, or additional technical review, Vero confirms the scope and price before added work proceeds.

STEP 3 — OPTIONAL ON-SITE HOLD
If minor corrections can reasonably be completed on-site, the inspector may remain and re-review without forcing a new booking.
Hold time is billed at 1.5× the applicable hourly rate.
Dispatch speed determines arrival time. Pricing is then based on either fixed routine dispatch or specialist hourly rates, depending on the inspection requirements.
